- Eat healthy food and chew it gently. Try to enjoy it instead of just using it as fuel. Don’t watch the TV or reply to your messages while eating.
- Take a friend with you and go for a walk and explore nature. Listen to the chirping birds. Visit the beach and listen to the mighty waves.
- Start a plan or project you’ve wanted to start, but you can’t because of some excuses. Believe in yourself and take the first step.
- Manage some free time for the people you hold most dear, not just the everyday tasks you are doing anyway.
- Skip multitasking. Do one thing at a time. Start with the task that is most necessary to do. Concentrate on that task and let everything else wait. Don’t even consider the next thing. No doubt, multi-tasking can get things done quickly but sometimes not so efficient and meaningful.
